Lodging:

  • (All charges are for a one night stay unless noted otherwise) 
  • Dormitories (cubicles with bunk beds): $18 (per person per night)
    Regular private guest rooms:  $40 (double occupancy - limited rooms)
    Renovated private guest rooms:  $60 (double occupancy)
    Private or Semi private rooms in East Wing:  Single $35 or Double $50
    Family rooms for couples and children with semi or private bath:  $75
    Founder’s rooms:  $100 per night (double occupancy)

Meals:

  • Level A: Hotel quality, 3 hot main dishes served buffet style in a private setting ( B $8, L $18, D $25 or $50 for all 3 meals). All the amenities of hotel-quality meals with drinks and desserts.
  • Level B: Hot entrees with dessert and drinks served buffet style in a private setting. (B $6, L $12, D $18 or $35 for all 3 meals).
  • Level C (Economy): Self service cafeteria style buffet line.  Complete meal with at least one entree, salad, cooked vegetables, etc.  Dining in the main dining room or private dining at additional cost.  (B $4.50, L $6.50 & D $7.00 or all 3 meals for $18 which includes drinks during meals). Coffee and Tea and snacks set up at the Lecture hall ($2 per person or $1 for Coffee and Tea service only). Workshop participants are welcomed to buy coffee, tea, etc during breaks for 50 cents a cup.  

Facilities:

  • Auditorium - $800/500 half day.  Sits 330 conference/200 for dining.
  • Lecture hall #1 - $300/$200 half day.  Sits 150 conference/225 theatre
  • Chapel - $1,200/$700 half day.  400 plus sitting.  Great venue for weddings. Our kitchen can also cater receptions and banquets.
  • Main dining hall - $400/$250 half day.  250 standing reception, 160 dining.
  • Large conference dining room (LCDR) - $250/150 half day.  Dining sit 90.
  • Small conference dining room (SCDR) - $175/$100 half day. Sits 20 around large table.
  • Lecture hall #2 - $250/150 half day.  100 conference, 150 theatre.
  • Classrooms - $75/$40 half day.  40 classroom seating.
  • Gymnasium - $150/$80 half day.  Full size gymnasium.
  • White carpet room - $75/$40 half day.  Seating for 25.
  • AV equipment ( VCR, projector, etc. available for rent)

 

Our building has internet connection and sound systems are provided upon request.

Discounts are available for non-profits and student groups.  Prices are subject to change at any time.
