The Conference & Workshop Center is located on 250 beautiful acres bordering the Hudson river in the Mid-Hudson valley. It shares space with the Unification Theological Seminary (UTS), an Inter-Faith Seminary offering Master's and Doctorate degrees.

There are 3 lecture halls which can seat up to 300, 170 and 100 comfortably. There is Internet throughout the main building where the center is located. Whether it's a church workshop, a company seminar, a spiritual retreat, a conference or a wedding, we offer a wide range of meeting rooms, dinning rooms, overnight accommodations, beautiful scenery and walking trails.

We will work with you to provide the catering and technical support you need to make your stay a great success. Our goal is that all of your expectations will be satisfied or exceeded.

The large, high-ceilinged main Chapel seats 500 people. It is a grand setting for weddings, musical recitals, and speeches. Dramatic stained-glass windows and colorful tapestries combine to make the entire space a work of art.

The Conference & Workshop Center at UTS is situated on 250 acres of gently rolling hills above the Hudson River. The grounds surrounding the main building are designed for sports use (soccer, baseball, tennis, basketball) and for enjoying the peace and beauty of nature.

A landscaped pond lends pastoral serenity to well maintained trails, one of which opens to wide vistas of the Hudson River and Catskill mountains. The peace and beauty of the property invites contemplation, photography, painting, and nature walks.

Directions to the Conference & Workshop Center

The Conference & Workshop Center is located on the grounds of the Unification Theological Seminary in Barrytown, New York. It is on the east bank of the Hudson River, in the township of Red Hook, across the river from Kingston.

From New York City or Albany by car:

Take the New York State Thruway ( I-87 ) to the Kingston Exit 19. After the tollbooth, bear right and head toward the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, about five miles. After crossing the bridge, turn left at the stop sign and go 1/2 mile, bear right. The campus is on the right.

or

Take the Taconic Parkwayand exit at the Red Hook - Rhinebeck exit. Go west on Rte. 199 about five miles to light. At light, bear right on Rte. 199 into the village of Red Hook. Go through the center of the village to the next traffic light, about one mile, which is Rte. 9G. Go left on Rte. 9G, then immediatley right on Barrytown Road. Go through the stop sign and continue straight about one-half mile. The campus will be on the right.

By Amtrak train

From New York City's Penn Station to Rhinecliff, a one hour and forty-five minute trip. Taxi service is available from the Rhinecliff Station to the Conference & Workshop Center at UTS campus.
